About GRID
Hi, I’m Rachel, the founder of GRID Digital Design and Business Support. Based in beautiful Redcliffs, Christchurch, I balance my passion for business support and digital design with family life, supported by my amazing fiancé, Bryn, and our two gorgeous daughters, Emmie and Ariella.
I love Pilates and running (though I’m usually on a hiatus thanks to an injury or two!), and music is a constant source of inspiration. Our family thrives on beach days, camping trips, and making the most of the outdoors.
GRID was born while I was on parental leave from Christchurch City Council, where I worked in Asset Planning. During that time, I studied Web Design and Development, which evolved into something bigger and different: helping businesses with administrative and digital support, social media management, and design.
Alongside running GRID part-time, I also hold another role with the Police, so I take on a limited number of clients to ensure I meet their priorities with the attention they deserve. If you're looking for dedicated, tailored support for your business, let’s chat!

Rach helped us create a logo for a new business. We had no idea what we wanted or needed and she was able to create a logo that with minor changes is what we decided to go forward with. She took suggestions well and incorporated these into the design she had created and we now have the ideal logo. She was fast, reliable and honest.
